Warranty:
Most products are covered by a standard 1-year warranty, though certain items may carry warranties of 3-6 months. The warranty card accompanying each product provides specific warranty details. Please be aware that the warranty exclusively addresses manufacturing defects and does not extend to any form of damage induced by the end-user or natural disasters.

Terms & Conditions:
Once you receive the item, if a malfunction or defect is present, kindly notify our team within 01 week. Within this one-week period, we will assume full responsibility for covering the return shipping costs to its country of origin and providing a replacement item if available. If the item is exceptionally rare and cannot be replaced, the funds will be held as store credit for you to choose an alternative item from our website.

For any defects that arise after the one-week timeframe, the customer will be responsible for the cost of international shipping, but the warranty of the Vendor will still apply.

Please note that if any repairs are needed due to customer actions, we will not facilitate or cover any repair or exchange services.
